Our organization prides itself on having a large amount of leadership positions in various areas that virtually any inducted Brother can fill. That's why we place such an emphasis on finding great leaders- Beta Iota needs as many as we can get to run smoothly! No matter what your interests or talents are, you're certain to find a position that you feel passionately about. Here are just a few examples of the areas of leadership we have to offer:

• Totally addicted to your social-networking sites, like Facebook and Twitter? Public Relations Chair is the perfect job for you! 
• Interested in continuing to meet new people? Want to make others feel just as AWESOME as you did when you rushed Phi Sigma Pi? Set your sights on the position of Rush Chair!
• Love helping others out, and being with your friends when you're doing it? Our Service Chair position is where it's at!
• Are you super creative and artistic? Do you love the idea of leaving behind a rich history in fun-filled art projects? Then the position of Historian is your calling!

We know what some of you might be thinking: "What if I'm not interested in a leadership position at all? What if I just want to be involved without being at the front of the whole production?"

Well, GUESS WHAT?

We want YOU, too! We know that not everyone is a vocal leader, but sometimes the most reserved people make the greatest influence for a group, which is why all Brothers without a leadership position are known as "Non-Elected Leaders". We know that all our members are leaders in their own way, so if planning events or organizing isn't quite your cup of tea, don't worry! You can still be just as involved and just as strong a member as anyone else with a job title!
